In terms of greenery, the biggest current threat at Jiráskovo Square is the lack of promising young tree species. The trees grow on bad ground (gravel, rubble, clay plate), but in many places they are embedded in asphalt. They do not have enough water and are more prone to disease. This situation is also reflected in their unusually small increase in runes 3 . It is precisely with these risks that the proposal works among other things and wants to create conditions for well-preserved and new trees so that they do not suffer. For example, replacing the subsoil or a sophisticated rainwater management system, including landscaping, will help to get trees as much rain as possible.
